Mothers Against Community Gun Violence MACGV $5 Seed Donation

Last year, more than 19,000 people lost their lives due to gun violence; that is a jump of nearly 25% from 2019.

 

Less than a year ago, while out with friends, my 23-year-old daughter Nia was shot and killed. In her honor, we founded Mothers Against Community Gun Violence, a national movement. We hold annual peace walks, support grieving families, push for policies that focus on gun violence prevention, community education, and so much more.

 

This year, we hope to expand to help more people and save more lives. To continue to expand our efforts and help our organization grow, we need your support.
